A
country of incredible and diverse beauty, stretches 5,151 km between
Asian and Australia continents and divides the Pacific and Indian
Oceans at the equator, Indonesia is the largest archipelago and
the fifth most populous country in the world with about 200 million
inhabitants.
Of the country's
17,508 islands, only 6,000 are inhabited and 992 permanently settled including
the five main islands: Sumatra (473,606 sq. km), Kalimantan or Borneo (539,460
sq. km), Sulawesi (189,216 sq. km), Irian Jaya (421,981 sq. km) and the most populated
Java Island (132,187 sq. km).
Indonesia encompasses mind-stupefying
extremes: the 4,884 meter high snow capped Carstensz Pyramid peak
of Irian Jaya, the lush lowland and mountainous tropical rain forest
with it's endemic wildlife such as the mystical Orangutans, Sumatran
Tigers, the World's smallest monkeys Tarsius Spectrums, Javan Rhinos,
Tree Kangaroos, the world's largest lizard the fearsome Komodo Dragons,
birds etc. which more than the entire continents of Africa, restless
volcanoes, primitive forest tribes, exotic art & cultures, traditional
music, historical sites, lakes, nature reserves, world class sea
gardens and reefs and the smiling people make ndonesia the most
complex single nation in the world and one of finest travel destinations
on Earth.

TRIP TO INDONESIA CLIENTS TESTIMONY :
Dear
Jeffry
It is so kind of you to organize this farewell dinner! Thanks a
lot, I'm sure they
will be happy. It was real adventure for all of them . Andrey also
says clients are 150% satisfied with the trip. --- Irina (RUSSIA)
**I am
writing to tell you about our clients in Indonesia. Jose Antonio
Lizana called us some days ago to tell us that he couldn´t
be happier with his tour and your services. He was talking for quite
a long time about all the things that he had liked, and he was completely
satisfied with his guides and drivers, he only had nice words for
all of them. He is a person who travels a lot, for work reasons
and also on holiday, and he was really impressed with everybody
in your agency. We already knew that you were the best, Jeffry.
Of course, he loved Indonesia, and he is really thinking about coming
back next year. We are quite sure that soon we will have to ask
you for another program for him.
I really
must insist that he has returned completely satisfied. He is a regular
client, and has travelled with us several times, but this time he
was even happier than before. We really are very grateful for all
your hard work, and look forward to working a lot more with you
in the future. Thanks again and best regards, (Paco)
I
just wanted to send you a note to share our thoughts with you about
our Indonesia trip. We are very happy to have travelled with Adventure
Indonesia. Your guides throughout the various places we visited,
were prompt, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend our time with.
Most of them went out of their way to let us experience the "real"
happenings that go on in the different regions and provinces in
Indonesia. Papua was a really difficult trek compared to what we
are used to. We would like to say that we will be recommending Adventure
Indonesia to our regular travel agent, and to anybody that asks
our advice if they are considering a trip to your country.
All the best to everybody. Ken & Melanie Adamson. CANADA
The
trip to Ujung Kulon was fabulous. Thanks so much for setting it
up. Jannice was especially fantastic as a guide. I promised her
some photographs, but all my emails to her have been rejected. So,
please forward the attached photograph to her. I will be sending
you a few more to pass on to her as well. Also, please feel free
to use the photos of the rhino on the Adventure Indonesia website
if you like. Thanks.

Dear
Jeffry,
I wanted to thank you for your amazing assistance in Indonesia during
the Orangutan and Komodo Dragon filming of our documentary series,
Kratt Brothers Be the Creature, for the National Geographic Channel.
Its
always difficult producing programmes where the location is so far
away from home base, but the professionalism of Adventure Indonesia
made it incredibly easy. You and your colleagues provided amazing
logistical services before, during and after our filming.Every time
we needed something done, there was never a question of it not being
possible. My confidence in you was complete.
I
would recommend Adventure Indonesia highly to anyone who needed
assistance when traveling to Indonesia.
Whether
you were dealing with the intricacies of filming permissions or
just arranging travel, all the work done was at the higher level.
I give you a 5 star rating..!!! Once again, many thanks for everything
you and Adventure Indonesia did for us. It was wonderful.
Kind
regards,
Cheryl Knapp/Series Producer
