BOOKING CONDITION

Payment/Confirmation
Bookings are not confirmed until an advance payment of 10% of the total has been paid. By forwarding the deposit for passage, the client certifies that he/she does not have a physical condition that would create a hazard to him/herself or other passengers. The remainder of the payment has to be paid within 60 days before cruise departure. For charters, the deposit required is 25%.

Travel Documents
Two weeks before sailing you will receive your travel-information and/or voucher for your cruise. Please keep in mind that passports should be valid for 6 months after the date of entering Indonesia. Agents, please have your clients check whether they need a visa to enter Indonesia. We recommend you verify with the Indonesian Embassy of your capital to see if you need a visa before arriving to Indonesia.

Liability
It is essential to arrange a comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have to cancel your holiday plans. Please check your agent or your own insurance company about this. ADVENTURE INDONESIA excludes liability for matters such as baggage loss or damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation service, change of sc hedule, strikes or other conditions beyond PT. Ombak Putih's control. A copy as proof of our Protection and Indemnity insurance is available on request.

Itineraries
Sailing itineraries and daily programs are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions, availability of safe anchorage, government regulations and other factors. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned.

Program changes
may take place during the cruise to take advantage of local cultural events, to adapt to sailing conditions, or in response to other factors.

Passengers
The maximum number of guests aboard is 24. The minimum of guests to guarantee any cruise is 8 passengers. If any of these cruises are withdrawn prior to sailing date, PT. Ombak Putih's liability is limited to a refund of monies received at time of cancellation (maximum 6 weeks before departure).

Cancellation Fee
If your clients have to cancel their cruise, PT. Ombak Putih will charge the following cancellation fee:
· outside 56 days prior to sailing 10% of the total amount.
· from the 56th day up to the 28th day prior to sailing 30% of the total amount.
· from the 28th up to the 7th day prior to sailing 60% of the total amount.
· from the 7th day up to and including one day prior to sailing 75% of total of total amount
· cancellation on or after the day of departure 100%.

Fare
Prices are quoted in US$ per person. Inclusive/Exclusive as published.

Surcharges
PT. Ombak Putih reserves itself the right to apply surcharges in the event of
extraordinary circumstances due to economical instability and governmental
approved sudden Rupiah price increases or currency devaluation in the country. Any
surcharges encountered, shall be announced by PT Ombak Putih and applied on all
existing and future bookings within a time frame determined by the government’s
policies application or within a two weeks time frame of any currency fluctuation.
