The Latimojong Range, south of the Tana Toraja region of southwest Sulawesi has several peaks in the eight to eleven thousand feet range including Mount Rantemario, the highest mountain in Sulawesi, with an elevation of 11,280 ft. (3,438 meters). In this trip we climb the Latimojong from Pasui Village via the route of Karangan Village (1,450 meters). Overnights will be on the local house at Pasui and Karangan Villages and in tents during in the summit camp at 3,194 meters. After the climbing, you can enjoy the unique cultures and beautiful landscape of Toraja Highland.

Day 01
Jakarta or Bali arrival. Transfer and overnight at hotel.

Day 02
Depart to Makassar by flight. Transfer to hotel.

Day 03
Drive to Pasui Village. Overnight local house.

Day 04
Trekking to Karangan Village. Overnight at local house.

Day 05
Start trekking up the mountain direct to Rantemario Peak, the highest point of Latimojong mountain. Overnight in tents at the summit camp.

Day 06
Trekking down to Karangan Village. Overnight villager house.

Day 07
Trekking back to Pasui village and proceed transfer to Rantepao in Toraja Land. Overnight hotel.
